ph3Job Summary /h3 pThis position works in close cooperation with assigned Project Managers to develop, monitor, and update the integrated project plan and schedule in a way that describes the sequence of work and identifies the major task interdependence required to meet the project’s deliverables. /p pThey are responsible for identifying milestones and technical performance goals, monitoring and updating schedule progress toward achieving the completion date and informing the project manager of significant changes. /p pAt the completion of the project, the Project Scheduler assists in developing and recording the project’s historical schedule information and best practices for use on future projects. /p pCompensation: 46,300 euros to 60,040 euros depending on experience. /p h3Principal Duties And Responsibilities /h3 pScope Development /p ul liEnsure project WBS complies with SPX Flow standards /li liAssist in baselining project schedules /li liEnsure scope changes are incorporated into master schedule /li /ul pLogic (Critical Path Method) /p ul liVerify accuracy of critical paths across projects /li liMonitor closely critical paths on high-risk projects within SPXFLOW Food Beverage /li /ul pCoding Structures /p ul liEnsure general coding structures are properly applied /li liReview and understand major constraints on high-risk projects and schedule impacts /li /ul pDurations /p ul liReview and validate overall project activity durations /li liReview and validate construction activities in major areas of the plant /li liSchedule Updates /li liEnsure schedules are updated consistentlyEstablish consistent monthly and weekly reports /li /ul pTravel will be required approximately 25% of the time through Europe to both customer and internal offices. /p h3Knowledge, Skills And Abilities /h3 ul liBasic knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning scope of discipline work /li liAbility to analyse EPC schedules against project baseline(s) /li liAbility to identify and communicate all scheduling issues or risks to management /li liBasic knowledge of Engineering documents (e.g. Process Flow Diagrams, Piping Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), and General Arrangement drawings) /li liKnowledge of Procurement functions involving purchasing materials, engineered equipment, and lead times in /li liKnowledge of Construction and Commissioning terminology /li liKnowledge of Schedule Logic (Critical Path Method) /li liAbility to work closely with sales team to understand project requirements and extract key data to develop high level proposal project schedules capturing key deliverables from SPX, customer and 3rd party contractors /li liAbility to work closely to communicate drive scheduling deliverable requirements with other project execution functions /li liAnalyse project plans and schedules to proactively identify potential risks /li liParticipate in project meetings, offering expert insights on scheduling matters and collaborating with teams to solve challenges /li liAbility to communicate critical path issues effectively to management /li liAbility to work under pressure, prioritise tasks,
and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment /li liDetail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality of work /li liIndependent, pro-active, accurate, with strong analytical skills /li liStrong knowledge of planning and scheduling in Microsoft Project or Primavera /li liFluent in both written and verbal English, French language an advantage. /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liUp to 5 years of experience in project industry, preferably Food Beverage /li liBachelor's degree, or related technical field; or equivalent work experience /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly MS Project /li /ul h3DISCLAIMER /h3 pThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
