ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead Arxada’s AI security strategy, target architecture, and multi-year roadmap /li liDefine and enforce AI security governance and standards to enable secure-by-design adoption across platforms, data, and AI solutions /li liBuild and continuously improve an end-to-end AI security program covering threat modeling, control frameworks, monitoring, and incident response /li liDrive AI risk management by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks such as data leakage, model misuse, and prompt injection /li liAct as the central point of accountability for AI security, engaging stakeholders across business, IT, Legal, and other functions to align on decisions and drive execution /li liTranslate complex security and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable frameworks aligned with business goals /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security,



Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) /li liStrong experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or information security with accountability for digital or cloud security environments /li liDeep understanding of AI/ML security risks, including model misuse, data risks, and adversarial threats /li liProven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization /li liStrong communication and program management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact /li liRelevant certifications such as CISSP /li /ul h3Certifications Qualifications /h3 ul liCISSP /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
