This individual will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing domain‑specific prompts that enable ACE to generate accurate, context‑aware, and business‑aligned outputs. The role requires a deep understanding of the transformer industry, industrial equipment standards, as well as basic understanding of prompt engineering best practices and GenAI model behavior, ensuring that ACE delivers high‑quality responses tailored to complex business scenarios. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with IT Experts, Subject Matter Experts, Business stakeholders, and Module Owners to break down complex business logic into domain‑specific prompts. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liDevelop, refine, and maintain prompt libraries for various transformer units/factories. /li liImplement advanced techniques like prompt chaining, context injection, and few‑shot learning for enterprise‑grade accuracy. /li liOwn prompt lifecycle management including versioning, traceability, and governance. /li liEvaluate LLM responses for precision, compliance, and bias mitigation. /li liConduct A/B testing and maintain performance dashboards for prompt effectiveness. /li liWork closely with Module Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Stakeholders to embed prompts into ACE workflows. /li liCreate clear documentation for prompt strategies and maintain best practices aligned with Hitachi Energy’s AI Ethics Charter. /li liStay updated on emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance ACE capabilities.
