In this role you will lead demand generation for the Italian market, driving scalable programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue. You will partner with the Marketing Director and work closely with Sales to align go-to-market priorities and optimize performance. You’ll own inbound and outbound lead orchestration, fine-tune routing, and enable campaigns with the right processes and tools. You’ll manage regional events and webinars, monitor KPIs, and optimize budget to maximize ROI. This is a chance to shape Italy’s market expansion within a fast-growing, collaborative marketing team.

Responsabilidades
• 3-4 years of proven experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Digital Acquisition
• Strong preference for B2B SaaS experience
• Extensive hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, lists, reporting) xqbhyrx and knowledge of modern CRM tools
• Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of translating numbers into growth actions
• Experience managing or mentoring people and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
• Native or native-level Italian and professional English proficiency
