recommending practical improvements, and contributing to compliance-related projects; /liliSupporting the AML/KYC Manager by mentoring analysts, sharing knowledge, and helping the team grow as the function scales. /li /ulpstrongWhat makes you a great candidate: /strong /pulli3+ years of experience in AML/KYC, including hands-on exposure to corporate due diligence (KYB); /liliStrong understanding of AML regulations, KYC/KYB processes, customer risk assessments, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD); /liliStrong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise work, allocate resources, and make balanced operational decisions while considering regulatory requirements, business objectives, and risk; /liliExperience handling complex customer verification cases and making sound risk-based decisions; /liliExcellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving; /liliStrong communication skills with the ability to explain compliance decisions clearly to different stakeholders; /liliComfortable working independently, taking ownership, and driving initiatives in a fast-paced environment; /liliOrganised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards; /liliProficient in Excel and data analysis, with experience using compliance or case management tools. /liliExperience in the iGaming, FinTech,
