This role combines technical problem-solving with customer interaction in a professional, process-driven setting, idóneo for candidates who value organization, clarity, and long-term development. What you will do Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, accurate resolutions Educate customers on product usage, updates,
