This role requires experience in IFRS, internal controls, and advanced reconciliation, including intercompany and fixed assets, within GBS or shared services environments. /p ul liSupervises, guides, and supports a small team of 3-4 Accountants, ensuring quality of work, task prioritization, and day-to-day operational support. /li liMaintains and reviews general ledger entries, performs advanced balance sheet reconciliations including intercompany and fixed assets, ensuring IFRS compliance. /li liOwns and manages reconciliation processes ensuring proper documentation for audit readiness at all times. /li liDrives timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. /li liIdentifies, analyzes, and resolves complex accounting discrepancies,
