While the title reflects the customer-facing nature of the role, it sits within Revenue Operations and has a strong focus on reimbursement coordination, payment follow-up, billing support, and operational excellence. /p pWe are looking for a dynamic, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of follow-up activities, and is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely reimbursement, invoicing, and collections processes. This role is adecuado for someone with previous experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments who enjoys combining customer service, operational coordination, and revenue cycle management. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ulliActing as the primary point of contact for physicians and internal stakeholders throughout patient intake and treatment initiation activities /liliProcessing incoming prescription orders accurately and efficiently within Novocure systems to support timely patient onboarding /liliManaging and proactively following up on reimbursement and Purchase Order processes with treatment sites and payers to help ensure continuity of patient treatment and timely billing /liliCollaborating closely with Key Account Managers, Market Access teams, healthcare providers, and payer organizations to resolve reimbursement-related matters /liliCoordinating e-invoicing activities and ensuring invoices are submitted accurately and on time through third-party platforms /liliDriving collection follow-up activities in partnership with the Accounts Receivable team to support healthy cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables /liliMonitoring account status, identifying gaps,



and proactively communicating next steps with both internal and external stakeholders /liliMaintaining accurate documentation of operational activities, reimbursement updates, and stakeholder communications within Novocure systems /liliSupporting reporting, tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives related to intake, reimbursement, billing, and collections /liliCollaborating cross-functionally to ensure priorities are aligned and operational objectives are delivered effectively /li /ul h3About You /h3 pMinimum Requirement: /p ulli3+ years of experience in revenue operations, reimbursement, billing, collections, customer service, or a similar operational role within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries /liliDemonstrated experience following up on healthcare payments, reimbursement processes, invoicing activities, or payer-related workflows /liliFluency in Spanish and strong conversational English, both written and spoken /liliStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook /liliExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder follow-ups simultaneously /liliStrong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and process execution /li /ul pThese additional qualifications are preferred:
