In this role you will lead procurement initiatives for Cummins Power Systems Europe u0026amp; the UK, driving projects from initiation to completion. You will partner with internal stakeholders to set objectives, success metrics, and priorities aligned with procurement strategy. You will develop detailed plans, track progress, and manage risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will act as a bridge across Supply Chain, Project Execution, Procurement and Quality, with a focus on proactive capacity planning and supplier performance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with meaningful impact on ensuring supplier capacity and capability to meet demand.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead multiple procurement-related projects from initiation through completion
• Define project objectives, success metrics, and priorities with internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones,



and budgets
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues using structured tools
• Monitor and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and progress to sponsors and stakeholders
• Coordinate and optimize project resources including expense and headcount planning
• Apply financial and business insight to guide decision-making and value creation in procurement
• Capture, document and share project learnings and best practices

Responsabilidades
• College, xqbhyrx university, or equivalent degree
• Intermediate level of relevant professional experience including team leadership or coordination
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Familiarity with structured PM tools and methodologies for scope, schedule, risk, and resource management
• Ability to meet licensing or compliance requirements related to export controls or sanctions regulations, if applicable
