You will be responsible for developing and executing change management and communications strategies to support the internal rollout of strategic digital initiatives across Sanofi, while also contributing to the visual and creative quality of communications materials. /ph3bMain responsibilities: /b /h3ullibChange Management strategy /b: Coordinate and execute change management strategies across Application Portfolio Governance Modernization and Architecture, including impact assessments and change readiness plans tailored to each program. /lilibInternal Communication /b: Design and deliver comprehensive, audience-tailored communications materials aligned with the overall communications strategy. /lilibCreative Design /b: Produce visually appealing communications assets (including videos) using design tools while maintaining Sanofi's brand guidelines. /lilibStakeholder Engagement /b: Identify, map, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating workshops to build support for program changes. /lilibTraining and Education /b: Identify training needs, coordinate program delivery,



and establish a network of change champions to support adoption across all three programs. /lilibMeasurement and Reporting /b: Monitor metrics to measure effectiveness, regularly report Progress to leadership, and adjust strategies based on continuous feedback. /lilibCross-functional collaboration /b: Coordinate with relevant departments and the Change Comms team to ensure seamless integration across all three programs. /li /ulh3bAbout you /b /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili5+ years of experience in change management and internal communications, preferably in large-scale IT or digital transformation projects. /liliStrong understanding of training development and corporate surveys. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. /liliProven ability to develop and implement change management and communications strategies across multiple concurrent programs. /liliExperience working in matrix organizations and managing complex stakeholder relationships. /liliStrong project management and organizational skills. /liliAbility to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences. /liliBasic to intermediate creative design skills, with hands‑on experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint (advanced), or similar platforms. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms. /liliExperience with SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), or similar internal digital platforms. /li /ulh3bPreferred Qualifications /b /h3ulliChange management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP). /liliKnowledge of Sanofi's organizational structure and culture. /li /ulp#LI-Hybrid #BarcelonaHub #SanofiHubs /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
