In this role, you will act as a key liaison, facilitating communication and fostering mutual understanding between young residents in a youth protection home and the socio-educational staff who guide them every single day. /ppAs an Intercultural Mediator in Manacor, your daily involvement will be crucial in ensuring that daily routines run smoothly and that cultural or linguistic barriers are handled constructively. Your main tasks and duties will include: /pulliFacilitating continuous and effective communication between the young residents living in the protection home and the socio-educational team. /liliActively participating in the dynamic of daily life, routines, and scheduled group activities within the care home. /liliProviding language interpretation and translation support during workshops, practical sessions, and educational activities. /liliAssisting in resolving daily communication difficulties to ensure a safe, collaborative, and harmonious community environment. /li /ulpTo succeed in this role and effectively communicate with all young residents, you must fulfill specific educational and language requirements:
