ppbTENNIUM /b is a sports management company specialising in the tennis industry globally. /p pOur vision is to build a multi-business platform, combining a range of synergetic activities including the organisation of top-tier ATP, WTA and ITF tournaments in Europe and South America, management representation of top professional players young talent, and selected consulting engagements with different industry stakeholders. /p h3About the role: /h3 ul liProvide operational and strategic support in executing People initiatives across different business areas /li liCoordinate key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, performance tracking, and development actions /li liSupport the administration and follow-up of performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and action plans /li liSupport workforce planning and staffing processes, ensuring alignment with business needs across general events and operations /li liAssist in employee career development initiatives, including tracking progress, gathering feedback, and supporting development plans /li liProvide administrative support for the training plan, including coordination, scheduling, documentation, and tracking participation /li liServe as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, processes, and tools /li liMonitor and follow up on the execution of HR initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives /li liAssist in recruitment processes by reviewing and refining job descriptions to attract suitable candidates /li liPublish job vacancies across relevant platforms and channels to ensure strong candidate pipelines. /li liConduct CV screening and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit /li liParticipate in candidate interviews,
