ppSenior PMO - Global ERP Transformation Programme /ppWe're supporting a leading global organisation as it embarks on a multi-year ERP transformation programme, modernising business systems across manufacturing sites and international markets. /ppWorking directly with the ERP Programme Lead, you'll establish and manage the Programme Management Office, providing the governance, structure and visibility needed to successfully deliver a complex portfolio of ERP projects through to b2029 /b. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEstablish and lead the Programme Management Office (PMO). /liliDefine governance frameworks, project standards and reporting structures. /liliCoordinate steering committees and executive programme reviews. /liliBuild and maintain integrated programme plans across multiple workstreams. /liliTrack milestones, dependencies and overall programme delivery. /liliManage programme budgets, forecasts and resource planning. /liliOwn programme RAID logs, ensuring risks, issues and actions are effectively managed. /liliOversee delivery by the System Integrator, ensuring commitments, milestones and quality standards are achieved. /liliProduce clear executive reporting and provide delivery insights to senior leadership. /li /ulh3Required Experience /h3ulliExtensive experience in a Senior PMO or Programme Management role. /liliProven track record supporting large, complex transformation programmes. /liliExperience managing System Integrators or external delivery partners. /liliStrong programme governance, planning and portfolio management experience. /liliExcellent budget management, forecasting and financial tracking skills. /liliStrong RAID management and dependency management experience.
