About the role We are looking for a highly skilled and
driven Expedite Software Engineer to join our fast-paced
development team. This role is critical in addressing high-priority
issues, quickly resolving software problems, and ensuring the
seamless functioning of our systems. As an Expedite Engineer, you
will balance rapid response with maintaining high-quality
solutions, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of our
software systems. Key Responsibilities Rapid Issue Resolution :
Triage, investigate, and resolve urgent software issues with
minimal downtime. Root Cause Analysis : Identify underlying causes
of problems and implement sustainable solutions. Performance
Optimization : Monitor and improve system performance under tight
deadlines. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with
support teams, developers, and stakeholders to address escalated
issues effectively. Bug Fixing : Provide immediate fixes for
critical bugs while ensuring long-term stability through
future-proof solutions. Documentation : Maintain detailed records
of fixes, issue resolutions, and system changes to improve future
response times. Preventative Measures : Proactively identify
potential risks and implement measures to prevent future issues.
Process Improvement : Suggest and implement improvements in
incident management processes and tools. Required Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 1 years of experience in software
engineering. Education : Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or a related field,



or equivalent work experience. Technical
Expertise : Knowledge in Java , Experience with debugging tools and
methodologies. Familiarity with incident management systems and
ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, PagerDuty). Knowledge in database
systems (mySQL Familiarity with cache systems (Redis, Memcached)
Understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations.
