ph3About the Role /h3pLead the Physical Security function, responsible for protecting the organization's personnel, facilities, and critical infrastructure from physical threats, including unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, sabotage, and environmental or emergency incidents. /ppOperate within the Security Office under the Security Director (COO reporting line), working in close coordination with Cybersecurity Operations and Governance, Risk Compliance to ensure a unified approach to protecting both physical and digital assets. /ppOversee the definition, maintenance, and promotion of Group-wide physical security standards, policies, and control frameworks to ensure a consistent level of protection across all business units, subsidiaries, and operational sites. /ppEnsure the continuous monitoring, operation, and improvement of physical security systems and processes across corporate sites, data centres, and remote telecom infrastructure, while also supporting executive protection and crisis response activities. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3h3Physical Security Governance Business Unit Oversight /h3ulliDefine and maintain Group-wide physical security policies, standards, procedures, and minimum controls. Ensure consistent adoption across all Business Units, monitor execution maturity, remediate gaps, and promote best practice sharing across geographies. /li /ulh3Protection of Critical Infrastructure Remote Assets /h3ulliDefine risk-based protection requirements for offices, headquarters, data centres, telecom sites, towers, and other strategic assets. Ensure effective controls are in place to prevent unauthorized access, theft, sabotage, vandalism, environmental threats, and service disruption. /li /ulh3Security Systems Technology /h3ulliSet standards for CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, visitor management, and related technologies. Ensure systems are properly operated, maintained, modernised,
and aligned with monitoring, scalability, and lifecycle requirements. /li /ulh3Incident, Crisis Personnel Protection /h3ulliEstablish Group processes for physical security incidents, emergency response, investigations, workplace safety, executive protection, and travel security. Support Business Units during crises and high risk situations. /li /ulh3Cross-functional Security Coordination /h3ulliCoordinate with Cybersecurity Operations, Governance, Risk Compliance, Facilities, HR, and other stakeholders to manage converged risks, align controls, and maintain an integrated enterprise-wide security posture. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3h3Education /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Criminology, or a related field. /liliPostgraduate studies in Security, Risk Management, or Business Administration are an advantage. /liliRelevant certifications in Physical Security, Crisis Management, or Business Continuity are valued. /li /ulh3Languages /h3ullibEnglish: /b Advanced (Must-have) /lilibSpanish: /b Advanced (Valuable) /lilibAny other Cellnex language: /b Intermediate (Valuable) /li /ulh3Tools Systems /h3ulliMS Office: Advanced (Must-have) /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulli10 years of experience in Physical Security, Corporate Security, or Critical Infrastructure Protection within complex, multi‑site organisations. /liliProven experience leading physical security governance, standards, and protection programmes across multiple geographies or business units.
