What will you be doing?
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll
assist customers via
phone and email and chat
helping them resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience.
work with internationally recognised brands in rapidly growing industries while becoming part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Salary of €1,800 gross per month during the first 6 months,



1850 € after 6 months and 2000 € after 12 months
Hybrid working possibilities depending on the project

Who are we looking for?
C2 level of
German, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
English level of
B2 or higher
Already based in Málaga (or nearby) with the legal right to work in Spain or in the process of moving to Malaga
Available to start during
August or September
Flexible for 40 work weeks Monday-Sunday between 7-22 (working hours vary per project, no nightshifts)
Previous customer service experience is a big advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Good Microsoft Office skills
A true team player with a versátil mindset
