ppJoin us for an exciting VIE opportunity as a Conformity Assessment Engineer, based in Molins de Rei, Spain! /p pYou will support product certification, standards compliance, and regulatory monitoring while contributing to projects and helping ensure product conformity in an international environment. /p h3Main missions /h3 h31. Certification Standards Governance for Universal Enclosures /h3 ul liSupport the definition and follow-up of certification plans for product ranges, in line with business and regulatory requirements /li liHelp ensure that existing certifications (CE, UL, IEC, EN, etc.) are up to date, including renewals and changes in standards /li liAssist in monitoring compliance risks and identifying potential gaps /li liProvide support on certification and standards topics by helping clarify requirements and guidelines for teams /li /ul h32. Normative Regulatory Watch /h3 ul liSupport the analysis of changes in standards and regulations to understand their impact on existing and future products /li liHelp identify potential risks and impacts related to regulatory updates /li liAssist in translating regulatory changes into clear actions and recommendations /li liContribute to sharing key updates and insights with relevant stakeholders /li /ul h33. Project Support Standards Referent Role /h3 ul liActively participate in UE project teams, acting as standards certification referent from early design phases. /li liHelp ensure that certification requirements are taken into account in project milestones, test plans, and technical decisions /li liAssist in identifying potential compliance, timing, or cost risks, and contribute to proposing suitable solutions /li liSupport project execution by balancing speed and quality, while maintaining compliance with certification requirements /li /ul h34. Knowledge Building /h3 ul liSupport the management and regular update of certification documentation,
including EU Declarations /li liAssist in preparing and delivering training materials on certifications and standards to relevant teams /li liContribute to capturing knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices to improve certification processes /li liSupport the development of expertise in key areas such as electrical distribution standards (e.g., IEC 61439) /li /ul h35. Stakeholder Support Business Enablement /h3 ul liSupport teams (Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and project teams) with certification and compliance-related questions /li liAssist in the analysis and resolution of certification cases, including interactions with certification bodies /li liHelp ensure that certification requirements, risks, and timelines are clearly communicated and considered in project activities /li /ul h3Education /h3 pA Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. /p h3Experience /h3 p1-2 years of experience in quality, compliance, standards, or regulatory topics (internships and apprenticeships are fully valued). /p h3Skills and mindset /h3 ul liFluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus /li liGood knowledge of CE, UL, IEC, and EN certifications, including audits, renewals, and interactions with certification bodies /li liAbility to work independently while collaborating with experts when needed /li liUnderstanding of electrical enclosure standards and related testing and compliance requirements /li liAbility to analyze changes in standards and regulations, understand their impact and turn them into practical actions /li liGood understanding of enclosure technologies, materials (metal and insulated), eco‑design principles,
