This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new project on the island, where operational excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction are key to creating unforgettable experiences. /ppAs the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects. This includes guest management, artist hospitality, guest satisfaction, overseeing staff, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining the facility. Your role will be crucial in delivering an exceptional guest experience and upholding the Tomorrowland brand. /ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliLead the pre-opening phase in your department and assist in creating a new entertainment experience. /liliDevelop own our service strategy. /liliOversee daily guest, event artist operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service. /liliSource, manage and train a large operational staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties. /liliDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures. /liliEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations.
