ph3bAbout the Role: /b /h3 pWe are building a new team of Strategic Event Operations Managers to lead the design and execution of our most complex and high-impact events globally. These are not standard events. They involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch. /p pIn this role, you will work from bearly-stage definition to final execution /b, owning the full operational strategy of each project. You will not just execute — you will define how the event should be operated. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 h3b1. End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events /b /h3 ul liLead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events /li liOwn projects from early planning stages through execution /li liEnsure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards /li /ul h3b2. Operational Strategy Design (0→1) /b /h3 ul liTranslate partner needs into scalable operational models /li liDesign processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed /li liDefine how the event should be run — not just how to execute it /li /ul h3b3. Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments /b /h3 ul liBreak down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans /li liAnticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies /li liMake decisions with incomplete information /li /ul h3b4. Cross-functional Leadership /b /h3 ul liWork closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams /li liAlign multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan /li liAct as the main operational point of contact for key partners /li /ul h3b5.



Execution Oversight /b /h3 ul liEnsure that designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground /li liSupport local teams in executing complex setups /li liStep in when needed to unblock critical issues /li /ul h3bWhat Success Looks Like: /b /h3 ul liComplex events are delivered bwithout relying on existing playbooks /b /li liNew operational models are bdesigned, tested, and reused /b /li liPartners see Fever as a bstrategic operator, not just an executor /b /li liAmbiguity is reduced through bclear structure and decision-making /b /li liProjects move forward bwithout constant supervision or escalation /b /li /ul h3bAbout You: /b /h3 h3bExperience /b /h3 ul li2–5 years of experience in: ul liTop-tier consulting (MBB or similar), OR /li liStrategy Operations roles in high-growth companies /li /ul /li liProven experience solving bcomplex, ambiguous problems /b /li liExperience leading projects end-to-end /li /ul h3bSkills Mindset /b /h3 ul libStructured problem solver /b: you break down complexity into clear actions /li libBuilder mentality /b: you create solutions where none exist /li libHigh ownership /b: you operate independently with minimal guidance /li libStrategic + execution balance /b: you can design and implement /li libStrong stakeholder management /b: you influence without authority /li /ul h3bNice to Have /b /h3 ul liExperience in operational environments (logistics, marketplaces, large-scale ops) /li liExposure to live events or large-scale physical operations /li liAnalytical skills (Excel, SQL)
