The solutions architect will act as a higher skilled resource within the organization and will typically interact with business managers at all levels of the organization, external consultants, business analysts, project managers, program managers and IT management – especially in those situations where a support analyst or infrastructure specialist is not experienced enough to handle the resolution. It is expected that professionals in this role have strong decision-making ability and can work with minimal supervision. /h3 ul liAssist in the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions based on business requirements. /li liCollaborate with senior architects to develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation. /li liConduct research on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. /li liSupport the development and integration of various systems and applications. /li liParticipate in the evaluation and selection of hardware and software components. /li liEngage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. /li liAssist in creating proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate architecture solutions. /li liProvide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions. /li liMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and standards. /li liCoordinate with internal or external auditors and ensure the integrity of our processes. /li liWork with business analysts to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. /li liAnalyze and document current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement. /li liParticipate in the development and implementation of support strategies and improvements. /li liMonitor and report on support metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. /li liOptional but preferred: Use knowledge of bYardi /b or bRealPage /b schema and datasets to prepare technical solutions for break-fix and/or OpEx / CapEx developments. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Experience: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
