You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates. /p pYou’ll manage the maintenance and good condition of buildings and facilities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, supply chain), supervise the execution of the Maintenance Management contracts and much more. /p pYou’ll specifically take care of managing and supervising the maintenance and optimization of plant assets (buildings and facilities) always respecting the defined legal and safety requirements and plant policies/strategies in relation to EHS and optimization of industrial means. /p ul liMonitor performance in accordance with established objectives and goals. /li liSupport the diagnosis of incidents, as well as develop and follow up improvement action plans. /li liSupport the construction of new infrastructures and facilities and the definition of new maintenance scopes. /li liManage works for new implementations or evolutions that impact infrastructure, buildings, energy supply and facilities. /li liIn any case, according to the budget dedicated to each of the responsibilities. /li /ul h3All About You /h3 pWe value passion and attitude over experience.
