ppWe are seeking an EMEA Treasury Manager to lead and strengthen our treasury operations. This role plays a critical part, supporting WPP Group companies across EMEA through efficient, compliant, and well‑controlled treasury processes. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liLead and oversee daily treasury operations and financial risk control. /li liCoordinate and optimize general treasury positions to ensure sufficient funding for business operations. /li liManage and supervise international Cash Pooling activities. /li liImplement, maintain, and improve treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. /li liPrepare and review treasury reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts. /li liAct as key contact for treasury‑related issues with WPP Group companies, ensuring timely resolution of incidents. /li liManage relationships with banks and financial service providers across multiple countries. /li liProcess and interpret bank statements and transactions from countries such as France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. /li liSupport internal and external audits related to treasury activities. /li liContributes to the selection and implementation of treasury management systems and tools. /li liLead, supervise, and develop a team of 6‑7 treasury professionals. /li /ul h3Who you’ll be working with /h3 pYou will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury teams across EMEA, as well as with WPP Group companies and external banking partners. The role involves frequent interaction with regional stakeholders and the Group headquarters. /p h3What you’ll need /h3 ul liSolid experience in Treasury Management, preferably in an international or shared services environment. /li liProven leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising small to mid‑sized teams. /li liStrong ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and operate effectively under pressure.
