Let's build something better - together. /b /p h3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 pThe Foreman is a member of our outside plant division, directed by the Construction Manager, accountable to ensure accuracy related to tasks and follow all policies and procedures related to safety, quality and production. /p h3ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liOperate construction equipment, including but not limited to a mini excavator, skid steer, trench machinery, directional drill operation, backhoe, and large trenchers and plows. /li liLoad, transport, and unload tools, materials,



and equipment in a safe manner /li liLocate cables in accordance with blueprints /li liIdentify marked and/or unmarked utilities in the construction area /li liPerform pre and post operation inspection of the equipment; ensure routine equipment maintenance is performed per service requirements and safety guidelines /li liHand dig utilizing shovel and/or other mechanical tools as required /li liOrganize materials and basic hand tools necessary to complete excavation requirements /li liRestore and/or landscape disturbed areas of the job site /li liComplete all required Company documentation /li liOther duties as assigned /li liMust always comply with proper safety standards/procedures and work practices while operating equipment according to Pramira's safety standards. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liTwo or more years’ experience as a foreman /li liTwo or more years’ experience operating machinery in standard and high-risk areas /li liOne year experience operating a RT80 trencher or similar /li liCommercial driver’s license (CDL) /li liKnowledge of highway traffic control standards /li liAbility to read and understand blueprints /li liKnowledge of utility depths and placement /li liMay be required to work long and unpredictable hours /li liMust be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 75 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes /li liAbility to work in various settings with moderate to loud noise levels. /li liAbility to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces /li liAbility to work outdoors in all types of weather /li liAbility to work in trenches, tunnels, and manholes /li liMay be required to work long and unpredictable hours /li liMust pass a Drug Test Background Check /li /ul h3BENEFITS /h3 ul liHealth insurance /li liDental insurance /li liVision insurance /li li401(k) /li liPaid time off /li liReferral program /li liAdvancement and promotion opportunities /li /ul pPramira is proud to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to , , , , , , status, genetics, protected veteran status, , or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
