Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward. /p pWe’re looking for a Data Scientist to lead analytics over our credit and lending features. You'll provide insight into how we can deliver more value to customers while collaborating with professionals in Product, Design, and Engineering on impactful projects that drive our company’s growth. /p pUp to shape what's next in finance? /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liImproving existing algorithms /li liBuilding new PoCs /li liDelivering data-driven solutions to enhance product performance /li liResearching and developing PoCs into scalable data products /li liCollaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to continually solve complex data problems /li /ul h3What You'll Need /h3 ul liExperience building and leading a data science team within a scaling organisation /li liExpertise in developing credit models /li liA bachelor's in a STEM subject (mathematics, computer science, engineering) /li liKnowledge of data science tools, including Python, SQL, and production frameworks /li liFamiliarity with probability and statistics fundamentals /li liThe ability to think strategically and diagnose problems accurately /li liExperience productionising research into scalable solutions /liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with Product Owners and senior stakeholders /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liAn advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (master's or PhD) /li liExperience with additional programming languages, such as Java, Scala, or C++ /li liFamiliarity with anti-fraud functions /li liExperience working at a large-scale global tech company /li liParticipation in university Olympiad competitions in physics, mathematics, economics, or programming /li /ul pBuilding a general financial super app isn’t enough.
