/liliResponsible for Customer Education training for our products and solutions. /liliSupport sales team at his/her responsible area to maximize the profit, advising sales team about customer inputs and feedbacks. /liliBecome a consultant and advisor for our customer in the use of our products and solutions. /liliAttend surgical interventions to perform product demonstrations. /liliAttend congresses or any event with the aim of promoting and publicizing the characteristics of KARL STORZ products. /liliParticipate in sales meetings where their presence is required. /liliControl and report the daily activity through the CRM tool to strengthen the coverage of the established objectives, track sales. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in biomedical engineering, health engineering, nursing, or business administration. /liliMin. 1-2 years of commercial experience in Health care/Hospital sector highly desirable. /liliMin. 1-2 years of experience in Customer Training, Data Analysis, Business Process Analysis and Project Mgmt. /li /ulh3Skills, qualities, and attributes /h3ulliMust be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. /liliDesirable practical knowledge of office software and CRM systems (Outlook, Excel, SAP and Salesforce). /liliAble to work with minimal supervision and make decisions regarding work priorities. /liliDesirable Document management (contracts, purchase orders, tenders where applicable). /liliCompliance with commercial and pricing policies. /liliEnglish: upper-intermediate level (minimum B2).
