Our undergraduate and graduate programs are fully taught in English and combine a multidisciplinary approach to professional education. /p pThe Integral Experience Office (GEO) at IE University is responsible for the exchange programs of undergraduate students, including outgoing and incoming students, and for the relationship with over 250 top partner universities around the world. This position will be in IE University Madrid campus at the IE Tower. /p pThe GEO assistant helps the department’s Incoming Team in the operational activities required. It is also a point of contact with students on a day-to-day basis and with partner universities when required. The assistant will carry out all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of exchange programs, and will also support in the coordination with other academic and administrative units within IEU. /p pThe GEO assistant will report directly to the leadership of the Global Experience Office, under the Vice-Rectorate of Global Academic Partnerships Alliances. /p h3Why IE University? /h3 pEvery story begins with a purpose, and ours has always been about people. This ignites a ripple effect: We transform people, who then transform others, systems, society, and, ultimately, our world. /p h3Our Purpose /h3 pTo foster positive change. /p pWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in bMadrid - IE Tower. /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pThe candidate must feel comfortable working in a busy environment that will require multi-tasking and the ability to manage a high volume of work. /p pThe chosen candidate should enjoy interacting with students and being a team player. The most relevant tasks managed by the assistant include, but are not limited to: /p ul liAssist the Outgoing team in the operational activities required for the undergraduate mobility program for IEU students who study abroad. /li liAttend and support the IEU outgoing students on a daily basis with questions related to their exchange program.



/li liManage a high volume of e-mails and respond on time to students and partners’ queries. /li liReview and prepare documentation for students, and compile and update databases with students and partners’ information. /li liParticipate in the preparation of the department’s main events, such as Informative Sessions, the International Mobility Week, Call for Applications, etc. /li liCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders (students, partner universities, bachelor programs, IEU departments). /li liSupport the team in administrative tasks related to scholarships such as the Erasmus Program. /li liSupport other activities that may be assigned. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree is preferred. /li liProficiency in both English and Spanish, and excellent communication skills (oral and written). /li liA record of accomplishment of excellent customer service, organizational skills, and a “can-do attitude”. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). /li liEager to learn, adaptable to change and excellent teamwork skills. /li liStrong desire to work in a multicultural environment. /li liOpen-minded and respectful of diversity. /li /ul h3Values /h3 ul liCultivate the humanistic approach. /li liEmpower your entrepreneurial spirit /li liCherish the diversity of people, mind, and experience /li liDrive innovation with a proactive mindset /li /ul pAt IE University, we actively promote equal opportunities in recruitment processes and access to employment, always ensuring the absence of gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, ethnic origin, or disability bias throughout the entire selection process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
