In this role, you will manage a portfolio of NGO and Governmental Organization clients from Europe, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and brokers. You’ll drive end-to-end account management, from onboarding to renewal, with a data-driven approach to optimize financial and service outcomes. You’ll collaborate across internal teams to align service propositions with client needs and pursue growth through upsell opportunities. The position emphasizes stakeholder relationship building, consultative guidance, and cross-functional coordination in a general context.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Employee Benefits, Financial Services or Consulting, preferably internationally with NGO/Government clients and brokers
• Affinity with data collation and statistical analysis
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong written and verbal English, xqbhyrx French a plus
• Autonomous with strong organisational skills
• Resilient under pressure, empathetic and authentic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player with sense of responsibility and ownership
