Working closely with Spa Therapists, Wellness professionals, and other hotel departments, you will help deliver exceptional service while upholding the luxury standards of Grand Hyatt Barcelona. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliWelcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a relaxing and welcoming spa environment. /liliManage spa reservations, schedules, and guest inquiries efficiently and accurately. /liliProvide information about spa treatments, wellness services, memberships, and retail products. /liliProcess payments and maintain accurate cash handling and billing procedures. /liliManage guest requests and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction. /liliCoordinate daily operations with Spa Therapists to ensure a smooth service flow. /liliMaintain guest records and ensure administrative documentation is completed correctly. /liliEnsure the reception area and spa facilities are organized, clean, and well-presented. /liliSupport the promotion of spa services, treatments, and special offers. /liliEnsure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, company policies, and health and safety procedures. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience in a customer service, reception, spa, wellness, or hospitality-related role is preferred. /liliExcellent communication and guest service skills.
