ph3The opportunity /h3 pTo support our team within the Business Transformers, we are looking for one Contract Manager to provide professional advice on a broad range of legal/contractual topics related to the business unit in different European locations. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liWork in close cooperation and coordination with HUB Transformers Contract Management to have a common approach and implementation of BU’s strategy on Contract Management and implement guidelines, instructions, common tools, processes, and templates as defined by BU Transformers function. Provides contractual domain expertise in implementation, execution and administration. /li liSupport the sales team during risk review process: draft, negotiate and finalize agreements during the sales phases with support of local legal, if required. /li liIdentify the contract baseline (including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract) and highlights areas of potential risk. /li liEnforce and defend Hitachi Energy's contractual interests against customers and suppliers during the whole of a project life cycle, including monitoring and assessment of changes and deviations, as well as defending and enforcing claims. /li liEnsure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts (i.e., payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, provisions, guarantees, etc.).
