and digital products that enhance usability, engagement, and conversion rates. /li liCreating prototypes and wireframes to visualize and test design concepts before development, reducing errors and improving efficiency. /li liCollaborating with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to ensure design aligns with strategic objectives and brand guidelines. /li liMaintaining design systems and consistent branding across digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and professional user experience. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProfessional degree in graphic design or visual design /li li3+ years of relevant experience working with UX/UI design in a product-led environment /li liProven proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma and Adobe suite, familiarity with interaction design would be an advantage /li liExcellent visual, UI, and interaction skills, ability to read CSS- and HTML-code would be a plus /li liDesire to work collaboratively in a dynamic, data-driven, and creative environment, as well as passion for design and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges /li liFluent in English, effective written and verbal communication skills.
