This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact financial products in a complex, fast-paced environment. /p h3What will help you succeed: /h3 ul li1–3 years of hands‑on technical experience in AI, ML, Data, or Software Engineering, backed by a solid quantitative STEM background and a strong drive to build enterprise‑grade systems from scratch. /li liProven experience design‑building RAG systems and Agentic AI workflows, with practical mastery of orchestration, tool calling, and memory management using the modern stack (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph). /li liSolid foundations in MLOps and Cloud architectures (Azure, GCP, or AWS), enabling you to deploy, monitor, and maintain scalable GenAI pipelines using Git, CI/CD, and Docker (experience with Kubernetes, Airflow, or MLflow is a major plus).
