As the internal consulting unit of the Allianz Group, we partner with operating entities worldwide to drive transformation across digital, sustainability, and operational excellence - and here, you grow fast and take ownership early /ph3What you do /h3ulliDeliver strategic consulting services to Allianz Group entities, focusing on business transformation, market positioning, and operational excellence. /liliLead strategic initiatives including market entry, growth strategy, digital transformation, operations improvement and organizational redesign. /liliConduct in-depth analysis of business models, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. /liliFacilitate workshops and strategy sessions with senior stakeholders to align on goals and execution plans. /liliSupport change management and implementation planning for strategic programs. /liliMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership. /liliDrive business development efforts including proposal creation and client relationship management.



/li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliExcellent Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field. /lili5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in strategy or management consulting. /liliDemonstrate knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation. /liliStrong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in strategic planning, business case development, and market analysis. /liliProven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead strategic engagements. /liliExperience in change management, organizational design, and transformation programs. /liliAdvanced proficiency in MS Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and strategic modeling tools. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate decision-making. /liliFluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus). /liliFinancial services industry experience is mandatory. /liliInsurance industry experience is a plus but not mandatory. /liliInterest in digital strategy, innovation, and technology is highly valued. /li /ulpWe highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team. /ph3What we offer /h3ulliWe offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl.
