You will design and optimize manufacturing processes for new production plants, ensuring they are safe, efficient and environmentally friendly. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGather key design data from all relevant departments. /li liPerform mass and energy balances. /li liPrepare PIDs. /li liConduct technical‑economic feasibility studies. /li liLead risk analyses from the perspective of industrial and food safety. /li liDefine the control strategy. /li liDefine the production schedule. /li liPrepare process documentation and SOPs. /li liIdentify critical control points. /li liTrain staff. /li liEstimate operating and investment costs. /li liDefine the main process equipment. /li liDefine materials in accordance with the required quality. /li liDefine and evaluate pilot tests. /li liLead commissioning activities. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering. /li liMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred). /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liIn‑depth knowledge of the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. /li liKnowledge of biotechnological processes.
