All of this guarantees the overall sustainability of the Company. /p h3Join the team and boost your professional career! /h3 pFrom Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Controlling Intern /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport budget monitoring and variance analysis ul liAssist in the preparation of analyses comparing budget vs. actuals (revenues and costs). /li liHelp identify deviations and support the team in understanding key drivers. /li /ul /li liAssist in KPI tracking and reporting ul liContribute to the preparation and updating of financial and operational KPIs. /li liSupport the development of simple dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders. /li /ul /li liContribute to budget control processes ul liSupport the tracking of budget availability for cost centres and internal orders. /li liAssist in monitoring spending against approved budgets.
/li /ul /li liData validation and financial accuracy ul liHelp review the consistency of financial data and support correct allocation of costs and revenues. /li liCollaborate in identifying discrepancies and escalating issues where needed. /li /ul /li liSupport monthly closing activities ul liAssist in gathering information from different departments for monthly closing and reporting. /li liEnsure timely data consolidation under supervision. /li /ul /li liCross-functional collaboration ul liWork with different departments to collect relevant financial information. /li liProvide basic support in resolving doubts related to budget tracking and cost allocation. /li /ul /li liProcess and systems support ul liAssist in reporting issues to Information Systems and follow up on resolutions. /li liParticipate in testing or supporting small improvements in controlling tools or reports. /li /ul /li /ul h3Minimum Requirements /h3 h3Academic Background /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
