You will be part of an entrepreneurial, high‑growth environment of 300,000 employees and will work across functional business pillars, contributing your ideas, experiences, diverse thinking, and strong mindset. /p h3The Role /h3 ul liDelivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programmes and specialising in S/4HANA Finance including central finance. /li liDesign and configure the core Finance solution across FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-GL along with CO. /li liLeading pre‑sales conversations and helping clients to shape their Finance Transformation journey roadmap. /li liLeading a workstream comprised of on‑ and off‑shore resources. /li liFacilitating high level and detailed design workshops for your functional area; collecting business requirements and mapping out business processes. /li liDesigning end‑to‑end solutions and ensuring all deliverables produced by your team are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies. /li liLead or participate in practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liYou design and manage complete enterprise solutions. You demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community and show a passion for technology and business acumen. /li liYou work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organisation and lead Infosys Consulting operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. /li liYou have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and resilience. /li liYou have experience in gathering, validating, synthesising,



documenting and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. /li liYou have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), and are willing to travel. /li liDemonstrable experience of delivering S/4HANA as part of a transformation programme. /li liStrong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices with a background in S/4 HANA Finance, including central finance. /li liDemonstrable experience of Agile working practices on an SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project. /li liExperience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into design. /li liExcellent communication skills (written and oral) working with client stakeholders to development teams. /li liStrong client‑facing skills and ability to lead a workstream through all phases of SAP implementation. /li /ul h3About Your Team /h3 pOur CRL (Consumer Goods, Retail Logistics) practice helps some of the largest general firms and most recognisable local brands solve their biggest challenges in today's age of constant disruption.
