The Foundation is fully committed to being a decisive player in the search for integral solutions to the problem of Alzheimer’s and other related dementias, as well as raising awareness so that scientific support for these challenges receives the priority it deserves. /p pThe Foundation's research is carried out in the bBarcelonaßeta Brain Research Center (BBRC) /b, a research centre established with the participation of Pompeu Fabra University and bla Caixa /b. /p pThe vision of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation is to achieve b“A future without Alzheimer’s” /b, within the framework of active and healthy ageing, associated with positive experiences and free from cognitive decline. To this end, BBRC research focuses on the primary and secondary prevention of Alzheimer’s, thanks to the participation of thousands of people who voluntarily contribute to scientific studies to ensure that, in the near future, far fewer people will be affected by the disease. /p pThe Pasqual Maragall Foundation is a private, non‑profit organisation. Its financial resources come from philanthropic donations from organisations and companies, as well as from a broad network of more than b100,000 members /b that contribute to funding research. The centre’s scientific staff also obtains competitive grants and subsidies, mainly from European funds and international foundations. /p pThe Pasqual Maragall Foundation is a young, established and growing organisation that, together with the BBRC, currently brings together more than b250 professionals /b. The Foundation's team encompasses diverse areas of infrastructure, systems, finance, purchasing, human resources, communications, civic advocacy and philanthropic fundraising. The BBRC scientific team is made up of researchers and professionals from medicine, biology, psychology, nursing and other disciplines, working in a dynamic environment where ongoing challenges are part of everyday life. /p pbJob description /b /p pThe Pasqual Maragall Foundation is looking for a bCorporate Partnerships Program Officer /b to join our department of bStrategic Alliances /b, within the area of bFundraising /b. This person will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of companies, foundations and retail networks, thereby contributing to the sustainability of our projects.



They will work closely with the Corporate and Foundation Partnerships Specialist to implement the corporate fundraising strategy and will report to the Strategic Partnerships Manager. /p pWe are looking for someone with experience in corporate fundraising and strong interpersonal skills, who combines business acumen with management and organisational abilities. Their mission will be to manage, cultivate and expand a portfolio of partner companies, foundations and small corporate donors, ensuring a positive experience and a sustainable relationship with the Foundation. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement and optimise, together with the specialist in companies and foundations, the corporate fundraising strategy, identifying new opportunities and cultivating existing alliances. /li liEnsure that the actions to attract and retain these segments are aligned with the overall strategy. /li liExpand the network of small and medium‑sized enterprises and businesses to guarantee sustainable income. /li liDevelop and present proposals and materials adapted to the profile and level of collaboration of each company. /li liOrganise visits and presentations for companies and foundations in the Foundation to strengthen the relationship and promote new opportunities for collaboration. /li liEnsure regular, high‑quality communication with assigned companies. Define donor journeys for each of them. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of materials and processes. /li liCoordinate operational and administrative aspects of the collaborations. /li liRegister and keep alliance information updated in the CRM. /li liContinuously monitor accounts and key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in the preparation of reports and results analysis. /li liPropose improvements and new ways of attracting customers. /li /ul h3Interdepartmental collaboration /h3 ul liCollaborate with other areas of the fundraising department (data, digital, campaigns) and the Foundation (loyalty, communications, finance, social, legal, etc.) to ensure the success of established partnerships. /li liCoordinate with the street and telemarketing team the activation and expansion of collaborations with small businesses, shops and pharmacies. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Studies or similar,



or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum of b2 years /b experience in similar positions in non‑profit or private sector organisations, with proven results in fundraising. /li liShort, medium and long term planning ability. /li liBudget management and control, to ensure the profitability of the actions carried out. /li liKnowledge of the private sector and corporate social responsibility (CSR, ESG) policies. /li liExperience in project management, decision making and meeting deadlines. /li liCommitment to the mission and values of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation. /li liLanguages: Catalan and Spanish (native level), and English (upper‑intermediate). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience in data analysis tools (Power BI) and CRM systems is a plus. /li /ul h3Personal skills /h3 ul liHigh commercial profile with a strong results orientation. /li liResearch, prospecting and analysis skills to identify new collaboration opportunities using different techniques. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create and maintain a network of contacts, both internal and external.
