Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pAs a Product Management Consultant at Wizeline, you will provide leadership and support through the following activities: /p ul liDeveloping product strategy, enabling a transition from project thinking to continuous delivery of customer value. /li liDeveloping product roadmap including key milestones. /li liPrioritize and evaluate features. /li liDesign solution: develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria, along with UX Design Leads /li liAlign stakeholders to a shared understanding of the product’s vision, including market, problem, persona, stakeholders, and goals. /li liStrategic Thinking: ability to lead to answers for the increasingly large problem and product areas, with corresponding internal thought leadership. /li liDetails Quality: driving results and catching mistakes across the evolving scope. /li liCollaboration: facilitating and getting things done with others within and across teams.



/li liCommunication: clear written and oral communication to larger and higher stakes audiences. /li liLean / Agile Principles: evangelize and foster Lean/Agile principles to reduce waste and drive continuous development. /li liData and Experimentation: help shift client focus from outputs to outcomes and optimize value through rapid build/measure/learn cycles. /li /ul h3Must-have Skills /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you must have: /p ul li5+ years of product management experience /li liBA/BS degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience /li liExperienced product leader who blends strong technical, business, and people skills with a refined product sense and strong empathy for users /li liExperience working with UX Designers, Software Engineers, and multidisciplinary teams, on a collaborative process to define product strategy and roadmap /li liA clear understanding of software development lifecycle /li liOutgoing and positive thinking about possibilities, where others see problems you see challenges. /li liCan-Do attitude who can champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, from conception to launch.
