ppManpower is recruiting a Planning Logistics Technician on behalf of one of our clients to support and optimize supply chain and logistics operations in a dynamic environment. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe Planning Logistics Technician is responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to production planning, shipment management, and overall logistics operations. The role ensures material availability, accurate preparation of deliveries, and compliance with customer and supplier requirements. It also guarantees proper documentation, inventory monitoring, and effective communication with internal stakeholders. This position directly contributes to operational efficiency and adherence to quality, safety, and service standards. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage material dispatches and coordinate shipments with CSR, Sales, and transport carriers. /li liComplete and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, CMR, labels, batches, quantities, expiry dates). /li liRecord tank loads, delivered quantities, and transport forecast data for KPIs and invoice control. /li liPerform administrative material entries and manage ASN programs. /li liHandle logistics claims and coordinate returns and non-conformities. /li liParticipate in plant inventory control and audit processes. /li liPrepare production, distribution, and raw material planning based on forecasts and customer orders.



/li liIssue purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on deliveries and performance. /li liCommunicate updates to Production, Laboratory, Warehouse, and other relevant functions. /li liEnsure compliance with corporate quality, safety, environmental, and emergency response policies. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; vocational training in Logistics is also accepted. /li liPrevious experience in bSupply Chain /b, particularly in bPlanning and Procurement /b, is highly valued. /li liExperience or exposure to bLogistics and Transportation /b is considered a strong plus. /li liExperience with bSAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA /b, is highly desirable. /li liStrong written and spoken English skills. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. /li liAbility to interpret logistics, transportation, and operational documentation. /li liUnderstanding of planning, inventory, shipping, and supply chain processes. /li liStrong attention to detail and accuracy. /li liExcellent organizational and time management skills. /li liStrong communication and cross-functional coordination skills. /li liProblem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.bOwn vehicle is required /b to commute to the workplace. /li libPreference … /b with the ability to commute to the plant on a daily basis. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
