As a Numerical Control Programmer at Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, you will join the Manufacturing Engineering team to bridge design and shopfloor execution for metallic and CFRP structures. You will help ensure manufacturability, define manufacturing routes, and develop CNC programs that optimize cost and efficiency. You will work closely with design teams and plant operators, shaping processes and industrial documentation. This is a hands-on role in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment that values practical problem-solving and cross-functional impact.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Collaborate with design teams to guarantee manufacturability and cost efficiency
• Define manufacturing flows for composite and metallic parts and create routes and manufacturing orders in SAP
• Develop advanced machining processes and CNC programs for metallic and CFRP components
• Author and manage manufacturing documentation using Windchill and interpret norms in Spanish and English
• Provide direct shopfloor technical support and coordinate planning within budget
• Draft technical specifications for subcontracting and launch external manufacturing work orders
Responsabilidades
• Aeronautical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering degree, or related technical discipline
• Proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering, CNC programming, and machining for metallic and CFRP parts
• Advanced proficiency in CATIA xqbhyrx V5 (Part, Product, Drawing, Advanced Milling)
• Advanced proficiency in Siemens NX (Milling and Vertical Lathe)
• Strong command of SAP and Windchill
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and sheet metal and composite manufacturing processes
• Languages: Advanced English and Spanish
