Full-time mission (35 hours per week) Monday to Friday schedule (
between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM ) Dedicated onboarding and ongoing
support What you'll do: Contact existing business partners from a
provided portfolio Introduce a new payment terminal solution and
explain its benefits Guide partners through the installation and
activation process Answer questions and address concerns with
professionalism and empathy Support partners throughout the
onboarding journey until activation is completed Maintain accurate
records and updates in the CRM Who we're looking for: Excellent
verbal communication skills Comfortable speaking with different
types of business partners Ability to quickly understand and
explain technical processes in a simple way Strong listening and
relationship-building skills Empathetic, patient, and




solution-oriented Comfortable using basic digital tools Registered
freelancer Located in Spain Native or fluent Spanish speaker Bonus
