ppWe are looking for a Mid-Senior Project Manager to join Iventions and support the delivery of international experiential projects, including events, exhibitions, brand spaces, stands and temporary installations. This role will be mainly focused on the coordination and delivery of exhibition stands, brand spaces, and temporary structures, working closely with clients, internal teams, suppliers and production partners to ensure projects are delivered with quality, structure and attention to detail. You will oversee projects from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring client expectations are met while maintaining Iventions’ high standards throughout the process This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys turning concepts into reality, managing projects end‑to‑end from briefing to final delivery while balancing /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 pProject Management: /p ul liManage projects from initial briefing to final delivery, overseeing the full project lifecycle to ensure effective planning, coordination and execution while meeting deadlines, budgets and client expectations. /li liAct as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all stages. /li liWork closely with Creative, Sales, Production teams and external partners to align expectations, timings and deliverables. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high‑quality services. /li liDevelop and manage project timelines, production schedules and key milestones,

/b /p pbThe adecuado candidate should be comfortable managing several moving parts at the same time, working under pressure and keeping teams aligned in a fast‑paced environment. /b /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as a Project Manager 3-5 years, preferably in exhibits, stands, congresses, events or brand experiences. /li liStrong understanding of exhibition and events production processes, suppliers, materials, costs, timings and on‑site execution. /li liAbility to read and understand creative proposals, technical drawings, floor plans and production documentation. /li liStrong planning, coordination and organisational skills. /li liExperience managing budgets, quotations and supplier negotiations. /li liComfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders. /li liAbility to anticipate problems and find practical solutions quickly. /li liFluent English required.
