These clients come with ambitious, unique needs, and that's exactly where the Delivery team operates. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liBuild tailor-made solutions for our biggest clients /li liTake on client-specific technical challenges that call for creative, bespoke solutions beyond standard configuration. /li liDesign and ship pragmatic solutions using whatever gets the job done: existing tools, APIs, AI tooling, custom code. /li liPioneer new territory. You'll often be the first to tackle a challenge, with real freedom in how you solve it. /li liThe best of what you build gets absorbed into the product.



You'll work with Engineering when that happens. /li liLead solution deployment and integration /li liOwn the end-to-end technical deployment of ScorePlay for our largest new clients, from kickoff through go-live. /li liConfigure, integrate, and adapt ScorePlay to client workflows: APIs, SSO, cloud storage, broadcast partners, on-prem and hybrid setups. /li liOperate and monitor media ingest and archive migrations, bringing large volumes of existing content into ScorePlay. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues during onboarding as the client's primary technical contact. /li liWork directly with customers /li liBuild trusted relationships with client technical teams (IT, broadcast, media, integrators) throughout deployments. /li liRun technical workshops to align on architecture, workflows, and constraints. /li liTravel occasionally for kickoffs and key deployments alongside CS. /li liTranslate customer needs into clear technical requirements for internal teams. /li liPartner across Delivery, CS, Product and Engineering /li liWork daily with the Delivery team (you'd be the third engineer) and closely with Customer Success on scoping, onboarding, and handover. /li liCollaborate with Pre-Sales to validate feasibility of what's being sold and prepare complex deployments. /li liBring structured feedback from the field to Product and Tech. /li liHelp build the playbook: standard steps, documentation, templates, and process improvements. /li /ul h3Why ScorePlay? /h3 h3A Few Signs You Might Love This Job /h3 ul liYou get energy from open problems and blank canvases.
