ph3Job Description /h3pWe are looking for a Dental CAD Designer to join our team. The role is suitable for recent graduates or candidates without previous orthodontic experience, as full training is provided. Individuals who already have relevant experience are also welcome to apply and can be requalified through our internal training program. This role will support accurate, high‑quality orthodontic case planning in the rapidly growing Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliUtilize a custom computer software program in the development and design of the patient’s orthodontic treatment as approved by the Orthodontist to achieve class 1 orthodontic occlusion. /liliAdhere to documented MCIs, SOPs, policies and procedures for case design. /liliCross‑train on the “Anatomy” portion of the customized software suite and the “Scan Clean” operation. /liliComplete certified operator training to ensure quality case designs for the orthodontic customer. /liliExecute cases to accomplish the production and quality goals. /liliCoordinate manufacturing activities with other departments; provide staff assistance as necessary. /liliParticipate in development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for manufacturing activities; recommend improvements for policies and procedures. /liliPrepare and present reports as directed. /liliEstablish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, quality, creativity and teamwork. /liliWork overtime as required by the business.
