Working closely with Finance, Staffing, HR, and Case Management teams, this role contributes to monitoring project performance, preparing forecasts, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with general financial standards. It is an opportunity to develop strong analytical skills, understand end‑to‑end financial processes, and grow within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliSupport monthly financial processes, including project economics, invoicing accuracy, revenue tracking, and financial reporting. /li liAssist in the end‑to‑end case management cycle: case opening, contract coordination, economic analysis, and compliance checks. /li liMaintain financial data integrity across systems (SAP, Infor, internal platforms), ensuring updates, reconciliations, and corrections are completed accurately. /li liMonitor work‑in‑progress, accounts receivable, billability, and project profitability, escalating risks when needed. /li liPrepare revenue backlog reports, forecasts,
and ad‑hoc financial analysis to support decision‑making. /li liReview client contracts to ensure alignment with commercial terms and internal policies. /li liSupport internal controls, documentation standards, segregation of duties, and compliance procedures. /li liCollaborate with Finance, Staffing, HR, and international teams to ensure alignment across financial operations. /li liContribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and financial policy optimization. /li liMaintain client databases, record invoices and cash collections, and support budget planning activities. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liMinimum 1 year of experience in financial operations, project control, or similar roles (preferably in a multinational or professional services environment). /li liStrong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies. /li liFluent Spanish and professional English (minimum B2 level). /li liExperience working with financial systems (SAP, Infor, ERP platforms) and managing data accuracy. /li liHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a rigorous approach to financial processes.
