In this role you will lead EHS and safety audits across Iberia and international sites, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with ERM methodologies and client expectations. You will plan multi-country audit programs, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards. You will provide technical leadership in risk assessment, process safety, and contractor safety management, delivering actionable recommendations for improvement. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and deliver EHS and safety audits (internal, third-party, and regulatory) across Iberia and international locations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-country audit programs with scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Provide technical leadership in risk assessment, process safety, and contractor safety management
• Conduct gap assessments, root cause analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Support clients in corrective action plan implementation and continuous EHS improvement
• Act as client-facing lead, managing multinational client relationships and presenting audit outcomes
• Ensure consistency and quality of audit deliverables, including report QA and standardization across countries
• Contribute to proposals, service scoping, and growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate with global ERM teams for complex international projects
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to build capability within the SSO Iberia team
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset internally xqbhyrx and with clients
Responsabilidades
• Strong expertise in process and industrial safety (ATEX, fire, machine safety)
• EHS compliance and permitting framework experience
• Project management in complex, international environments
• Experience in safety culture assessment and improvement programs
• Experience in training, coaching, and facilitation
• Industry sector experience in manufacturing, pharma, or chemical preferred
• Ability to work in multinational and multicultural environments
• Languages: additional languages such as French are assets
