ppIt Operations Stability Analyst Allianz Technology Barcelona, Kingdom Of Spain, ES /p h3About The Job /h3 pAt Allianz Technology, we are shaping the future of IT operations by combining infrastructure excellence, data-driven insights, and AI-powered innovation. /p h3What You Do /h3 h3Infrastructure Stability /h3 pSupport the development and delivery of the IFIS stability roadmap, including change delivery quality and risk reduction initiatives /p pMonitor and analyse the performance of IT infrastructure services — servers, networks, workplace, and applications — and proactively address potential issues before they become disruptions /p pCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents, drive root cause analysis for major outages, and develop action plans to prevent recurrence /p pIdentify and leverage opportunities for Gen AI and automation to improve IT operations, change delivery, and monitoring capability /p h3Continuous Service Improvement /h3 pIdentify opportunities for process optimisation and service enhancements across the incident, problem, and change lifecycle /p pApply data analytics to operational and service data to measure improvement effectiveness, surface trends and outliers, and make data‑driven recommendations /p pDrive automation adoption initiatives that enhance service delivery, reduce manual effort, and improve consistency /p pStay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tooling to bring fresh thinking to the team /p h3Collaboration Communication /h3 pWork closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery across IFIS and beyond /p pCommunicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences — providing updates on infrastructure status, improvement initiatives, and analytical findings /p pPrepare and present performance reports and improvement activity summaries to senior management /p h3What You Bring /h3 pBachelor's degree in Technology, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field /p pExperience in service management, process improvement, or IT operations — in an analyst or operations management capacity.



/p pITIL 4 Foundation certification (or actively working towards it) /p pStrong data analytics capability — able to gather, clean, and analyse operational data using Excel, Power BI, or SQL to build KPI dashboards and translate insights into action /p pExperience of working in ITSM — incident, problem, and change management /p pProficiency in MS Excel and Power Point; familiarity with statistical and data modelling tools /p pStrong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills /p pDetail‑oriented, well organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently /p pHands‑on experience with Service Now or a comparable ITSM platform /p pFamiliarity with Gen AI tooling, or automation platforms /p pExperience evaluating IT operations workflows to identify automation or Gen AI opportunities — translating findings into clear requirements and partnering with technical teams through build, testing, and rollout /p pFamiliarity with modern observability and monitoring practices — AIOps, anomaly detection, log and event correlation — and an understanding of how Gen AI can reduce noise, enable predictive alerting, and accelerate incident resolution /p pAgile or Scrum working experience /p pExperience working in a large, matrixed, or regulated organisation /p h3What We Offer /h3 pWe offer a hybrid work model which recognises the value of striking a balance between in‑person collaboration and remote working, including up to 25 days per year working from abroad. /p pWe believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares programme and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).
