In this role you drive AI adoption enablement, designing and delivering training aligned to a broader change plan. You’ll create sustainable learning infrastructure, including learning paths, knowledge bases, and a champions network to scale support. You work with cross-functional partners to run in-flow sessions, office hours, and train-the-trainer programs. Your work helps teams become proficient with AI tools and use cases, reducing support demand and accelerating adoption. This is a chance to influence how AI enables projects across communities and environments.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Develop or procure AI-focused trainings aligned to the change and communications plan
• Create and moderate peer-learning collaboration spaces
• Schedule and deliver training as per the enablement plan
• Provide targeted enablement for priority user groups (sessions, office hours, roadshows)
• Maintain office hours
• Create and publish how-to guides, FAQs, and quick-reference assets
• Design and maintain role-based learning paths, modules, materials,
