Every successful deployment strengthens the security posture of banks, fintech companies, e‑commerce platforms and enterprises worldwide. /p pAs an Implementation Engineer, you will be working with industry‑leading AI‑driven fraud detection, behavioral analytics and real‑time threat monitoring systems, staying ahead of cybercriminals and fraudsters. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liServe as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for fraud protection solutions throughout the sales cycle. /li liConduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and workshops to showcase fraud detection and prevention capabilities. /li liOversee and coordinate pre‑sales activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with customer objectives. /li liAssess customer needs, fraud risks, and regulatory requirements to recommend optimal fraud prevention strategies.
/li liDevelop comprehensive project documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements. /li liWork with customers to design and refine solution implementation architecture, ensuring alignment with their technical and business needs. /li liPrepare and present technical proposals, RFP responses, and compliance documentation. /li liGather customer feedback and relay insights to product teams to enhance solution offerings. /li liDeliver seminars and training sessions on product capabilities, industry best practices, and implementation strategies. /li liRepresent the company at marketing events, including exhibitions, podcasts, webinars, and public speaking engagements. /li liAssist clients during POCs by defining success criteria, overseeing solution installation, and coordinating technical tasks such as integration, deployment, testing, and configuration. /li liAssist clients during solution delivery with the installation and configuration of Group‑IB solutions at the customer's site or remotely. /li liProviding technical support throughout all project phases, including installation, post‑sales integrations, and ongoing support. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. /li li3–5 years in consultant positions. /li liExperience with web technologies (JavaScript, APIs, SDKs). /li liStrong understanding of HTTP, TLS and RESTful services.
/li liKnowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and log analysis tools. /li liStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills for resolving issues efficiently. /li liExperience in client interactions, requirements gathering, and solution design. /li liHave excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liBe able to collaborate with teams while being self‑directed to solve problems. /li liConducting research into the industry, including competitor research. /li liFluency in Spanish and English – French or German is a plus. /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liExperience working remotely and independently. /li liHands‑on experience with anti‑fraud or cybersecurity solutions. /li liUnderstanding of fraud attack vectors. /li liPrevious experience with the banking/fintech industry is highly desirable. /li liAbility to analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations. /li liUnderstanding of business processes and banking/fintech industry‑specific challenges. /li liAbility to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices. /li liAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests. /li liUnderstanding of network protocols security best practices (nice to have!) /li liKnowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and log analysis tools (nice to have!) /li /ul pGroup‑IB is a integral leader in cybersecurity technologies that investigate, predict, prevent, and fight digital crime.
