As a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you will drive cost accuracy and value across complex construction projects, focusing on pre- and post-contract cost management. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop and present cost plans, perform estimates at multiple stages, and support procurement and post-contract activities. The role blends technical rigor with client-facing leadership, contributing to project outcomes and value management. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide estimates and cost planning, including final cost plans
• Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels
• Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reporting
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes and contract documentation
• Support post-contract cost variances and change control
• Oversee cost checks, valuations, and timely reporting to clients
• Contribute to value engineering and approve final accounts




• Maintain client and consultant liaison across project stages
• Provide leadership to the cost management team when needed
• Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and contribute to marketing efforts
• Suggest improvements for cost management procedures and templates

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years' experience preparing cost estimates
• Experience in Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong technical experience in pre-contract, post-contract, and final accounts
• Solid understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction
• Knowledge of civils, xqbhyrx structural, and architectural aspects in projects
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large and complex projects
• Experience advising clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and work in a team
