The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW. /p pCurrently, we're looking for a bLand Technician /b to join our team in Spain, and play a key role in securing and managing land for our renewable energy projects. /p h3Your responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liIdentifying new land acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's development strategy. /li liSecuring land for photovoltaic and wind energy projects. /li liManaging and regularizing contracted land assets. /li liLeading urban planning procedures related to project sites in coordination with the Permitting team. /li liReviewing and interpreting local urban planning regulations. /li liAssessing project feasibility from both commercial and urban planning perspectives. /li liNegotiating land acquisition agreements with landowners.
